another cargo ship hit by explosion in black sea. sea mine or not?

General cargo ship KAFKAMETLER was reported to be struck by sea mine at Danube Delta anchorage, Black sea, at around 0930 UTC Oct 5, when she was about to enter Sulina Sea Channel. Damages weren’t heavy or disastrous, reportedly ballast tank was damaged, and at around 1220 UTC the ship resumed sailing. She reached Vilkovo port, Ukraine, Danube Delta, and was anchored at around 1430 UTC same day. Resumed sailing upstream on Oct 6, destination unclear.
It is claimed that the ship was hit by sea mine, but again like in previous accident on Sep 20, when cargo ship SEAMA (IMO 7827328) was allegedly, hit by mine, doubts remain. A small cargo ship hit by mine doesn’t have many chances to survive mine explosion, let alone remaining under way. Russians deployed some special “light” versions of mines, suitable for use far away from Navy base, released from submarine?
