Bulk carrier BARBRO G is aground in Detroit river between Detroit downtown and Belle island since around 0850 UTC Nov 27. Looks like the ship anchored in the afternoon Nov 26, and then drifted aground, probably while leaving anchorage. Bulk carrier is en route from Sault Ste Marie to Gibraltar with some 21,000 tons of wheat on board. As of 1530 UTC Nov 27, the ship remained in the same position, with tug working on her. No reports on damages, leaks.
