Bulk carrier PATAGONMAN ran aground in front of Cote St Catherine Lock, St. Lawrence river, upstream from Montreal, on Dec 11, while sailing upstream. Was refloared several hours later with tugs’ assistance, berthed at St Catherine, as of 0500 UTC Dec 12 remained docked. No damages, no leak reported.
