Bulk carrier SMEW with some 20,000 tons of fertilizers on board is detained in Finland on suspicion, that part of this cargo might belong to sanctioned Russian oligarch, whose name is not revealed. On arrival she was berthed and remained berthed until Mar 14, when she was taken to anchorage, and remains anchored ever since. So probably, part or all of cargo, was offloaded.
