bulk carriers collided in aegean sea, both interrupted their voyages

Bulk carriers SKIPPER PLANET and CUMA collided at around 0305 UTC Oct 8 12 nm west of western tip of Ikaria island, Greece, Aegean sea, while sailing in opposite directions. No information on ships’ damages, but both ships while remaining under way, interrupted their voyages and as of 0850 UTC were sailing in western direction to probably, someplace in Greek waters, for inspection. Both are proceeding at a reduced speed, and it looks like SKIPPER PLANET is damaged more or less seriously, her status being NUC. SKIPPER PLANET is en route from Egypt to Istanbul and then probably, Russia, CUMA is en route from Bulgaria to Indonesia.
