General cargo ship LEO I loaded with ore ran aground in Sulina Channel, Danube, Romania, at around 1000 LT Nov 15. The ship was refloated with tug assistance at around 1220 LT, and anchored downstream from Tulcea for inspection. She resumed voyage to Galati Steel Plant on Nov 16, arriving there same day. No damages reported.
