General cargo ship LOYGA at around 1100 UTC Feb 17 ran aground near Asparukh bridge in channel connecting Varna Lake with Gulf of Varna, Bulgaria, Black sea. The ship was refloated in about an hour, transited channel and was anchored in Varna Lake. No reports on damages. LOYGA arrived at Varna from Istanbul.
