Bulk carrier KLC ERCIYES struck portside of berthed general cargo ship JASMIN QUEEN while maneuvering to berth at Izmail port, Ukraine, at around 0020 LT Jul 1. Understood both ships sustained damages, extent unknown. JASMIN QUEEN left Izmail on Jul 4, bound for Alexandria Egypt, but was berthed or anchored upstream from Tulcea, Danube, late Jul 4. KLC ERCIYES as of Jul 5, remained at Izmail.
