Product tanker BISCAY was disabled in English Channel north of Ushant at around 1200 UTC Feb 15, while en route from Rotterdam to Yalova Turkey. The ship was adrift until midday Feb 16, then she was taken on tow by SAR ship ABEILLE BOURBON and towed to Bay of Douarnenez, Brest. She was anchored there late Feb 16. Remained anchored as of Feb 17.
