Bitumen tanker BLACK SHARK suffered engine failure in the morning Dec 18 north of La Coruna, Spain, Bay of Biscay, while en route from Santander to Huelva. Was taken on tow in the morning Dec 20 by offshore tug RIA DE VIGO, to be towed to La Coruna, ETA evening Dec 20. Tanker is in ballast.
