General cargo ship VISION GLOBAL sank or is sinking since Dec 19 in Bali sea NE of Bali island, Indonesia. 13 crew reported on life raft, 8 are missing. The ship was en route from Tuban port, northern Java, to Maumere, Flores island, issued distress signal on Dec 20. She wasn’t under way, drifting, since late Dec 18, AIS off since Dec 19, last AIS position coincides with distress coordinates. Rescue vessel was in the area as of 1000 LT Dec 21. Cause of disaster unknown.
