Greek tanker with Russian crude broke down in Marmara sea - News2Sea

Crude oil tanker CLYDE suffered engine failure in Marmara sea south of Istanbul on Nov 8 while apparently, heading for Bosphorus. Vessel Traffic Control responded sending tug, tanker was towed to Ahirkapi Anchorage and anchored. Remained anchored as of morning Nov 9. Ship’s said by Turkish authorities to be en route from Denmark to Istanbul, though initial voyage started at Ust Luga on Oct 20. Ship’s in full load according to KEGM photos, so assumedly she’s carrying a cargo of Russian crude.
