General cargo ship VOLGO-BALT 232 ran aground on 146 km mark in Volga – Caspian sea Canal on Oct 15. The ship is en route from Astrakhan Russia, to Caspian port, Iran, with 3,000 tons of corn. No leak reported. Understood tug already responding.
