Product tanker TORM SIGNE ran aground in Western Scheldt upstream from Terneuzen, at around 2040 UTC Jan 25, while proceeding downstream towards sea. Tanker was refloated by Multraship tugs about an hour later, and as of 0005 UTC Jan 26 was about to anchor at anchorage between Vlissingen and Terneuzen. No reports on damages, cause of grounding also yet unreported. Tanker is en route from Antwerp to Lagos.
