Protesters from Greenpeace attempted to obstruct the arrival of the first Floating Storage and Regasification Unit (FSRU) named “CAPE ANN” at the northern French Port of Le Havre. The FSRU arrived to commence a five-year contract and has the capacity to process 5 billion cubic meters of liquefied natural gas (LNG) annually.
