Container ship SONATA encountered mechanical issue at around 0100 UTC Oct 3, when about to enter Dardanelles for a northbound transit, en route from Aliaga to Burgas. The ship had to turn back and has been escorted to Bozcaada anchorage, under own power according to track. As of 0620 UTC, remained in the same position.
