Container ship SKALAR suffered electrical failure at round 1150 UTC Oct 5 shortly after unmooring, lower than a mile off container terminal Vuosaari, Helsinki. The ship was disabled in exit fairway and understood, was anchored till tug or tugs responded. SKALAR was towed again to port and berthed, remained berthed as of 0450 UTC Oct 6. The ship initially, is sure for Bremerhaven.
