Ro-ro MAZARINE went out of control, understood because of mechanical failure, at around 0800 UTC Jul 10 in Celtic sea south of Wolf Rock, and some 1.5 hour later drifted onto Wolf Rock. The ship was refloated an hour later, probably by own means, and as of 1320 UTC was proceeding on tow towards Penzance, Cornwall, UK. The ship is en route from Ireland to Zeebrugge.
