Tersan Shipyard delivered the Atlantic Enterprise, which it built for Ocean Prawns A/S.
The arctic factory fishing vessel Atlantic Enterprise, built by Tersan Shipyard for the Danish-Canadian Ocean Prawns A/S and launched in September 2022, has reached its owners. The ship with project number NB1107, which set off in October this year, will be used for fishing in the arctic regions.
Atlantic Enterprise is 82.3 meters long and 18 meters wide. The ship, which has triple trawling capabilities, has a shrimp and turbot production line as well as a 1200 tons of fish storage area. Equipped with Wârtsilâ 7350 kW main engine, the ship can cruise at a speed of 16 knots. Designed by Skipsteknik, the ship has comfortable living and social areas for its crew of 35 people. Thanks to its energy-saving hull design, the ship will be able to hunt efficiently in icy and arctic waters. (Haberdeniz)
