Ukrainian Air Force Commander Nikolay Oleschuk also confirmed in his post on his social media account that the Ukrainian army hit the “Zaliv” shipyard.

Russia hit the 128th Brigade of the Ukrainian army with an “Iskander-M” missile
On the other hand, in the statement made by StratCom, it was stated that on November 3, Russia hit the 128th Assault Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces with an “Iskander-M” missile in the direction of Zaporizhia, and that soldiers died and civilians were injured as a result of the attack.
Ukrainian Minister of Defense Rustem Umerov, in his statement on his social media account, expressed his condolences to the families of the dead soldiers and stated that he instructed the Chief Inspectorate of the Ministry of Defense to conduct a comprehensive investigation on this issue.
Zakarpatya Region Military Administration Head Viktor Mikita, in his post on his social media account, stated that a 3-day mourning has been declared in the region due to the killing of the 128th Brigade soldiers, flags will be lowered to half-mast, and a minute of silence will be held in memory of the dead soldiers every morning at 9:00.
On the other hand, Ukrainian army “Tavriya” Unit Commander Aleksandr Tarnavskiy stated in his social media post that they destroyed a Russian “Pole-21” electronic warfare station designed to jam satellite navigation channels.
