The Libyan National Unity Government announced that 38 aid planes arrived from 17 countries for those affected by the flood that caused thousands of deaths and losses in the cities in the east of the country.

The statement stated that 122 vehicles, including ambulances, TIR rescue and intervention vehicles, along with the personnel on duty, were delivered to Libya:
