Ferry ran onto breakwater, Japan | NANASHIMA - News2Sea

Ferry NANASHIMA with 45 passengers on board ran onto breakwater of Nakajima Port, Nakajima island, Inner Japan Sea, at around 1200 Tokyo time Sep 21, while leaving the port, bound for Matsuyama. Ferry was refloated some 2 hours later, and returned to port. Understood there was no spill, ferry damages unknown. Judging from track, the ship went out of control, for whatever reason.
