Magnificent concert from Doğuş Children’s Symphony Orchestra

Continuing Doğuş Group’s “A Good Future for Children from Doğuş” efforts, Doğuş Children’s Symphony Orchestra (DÇSO) will meet music lovers with special concerts that will be held free of charge at Galataport Istanbul on October 29, which has now become a tradition. Prof. Dr. DÇSO, under the direction of Rengim Gökmen, will perform with Ankara State Opera and Ballet Artist Görkem Ezgi Yıldırım and Izmir State Opera and Ballet Artist Teyfik Rodos, as well as the contemporary group Vokal Akademi Pop & Jazz Choir, directed by Başak Doğan. The exhibition, which focuses on the period between 1922 and 1942 and reflects the Early Republican Period’s perspective on cultural disciplines such as fine arts, graphic and architectural design, performing arts, museology and archaeology, meets art lovers on November 1 at Galataport Istanbul O2 Blok. “The Face of the Republic”, which presents the audience with a content that covers the spirit of the period by designing original works, documents and ephemera together with digital experiences, can be visited free of charge between 1 November 2023 and 3 March 2024, between 11.00 and 20.00 on Tuesdays and Sundays.
