The person who fell ill on the ship off the coast of Antalya’s Kaş district was evacuated by the Coast Guard Command and 112 Emergency Health teams and taken to the hospital.
According to the statement made by the Governorship, 22-year-old Berkan Sayın, who worked on the Turkish-flagged commercial ship named “Hacı Mehmet Kaptan” going to the Port of Iskenderun in international waters, was requested to be evacuated from the Coast Guard Antalya Group Command upon the complaint of pain in the chest area.
As a result of the coordination established with the telehealth service, the Coast Guard Command teams arrived on the ship with 112 Emergency Health personnel.
Berkan Sayın, who was intervened by the teams, was taken from the ship and brought to Kaş Port.
Dear was taken to Kaş State Hospital by the ambulance present here.
As a result of the tests and examination, it was determined that he had a stress-related illness and was discharged after his treatment.
