Mersin International Port Management was selected as ‘port operator of the year’ for the 13th time at the Atlas Logistics Awards.

Mersin International Port Management (MIP) was deemed worthy of the ‘port operator of the year’ award for the 13th time in a row at the ‘Atlas Logistics Awards’, which was held for the 14th time this year within the framework of the Logitrans International Transport and Logistics Fair.

The award ceremony of the ‘Atlas Logistics Awards’ competition, which has been held continuously for 14 years, was held on November 16, hosted by the International Logitrans Transport Logistics Fair organized by EKO MMI Fuarcılık. While the logistics industry showed great interest in the awards ceremony, the awards met with their owners.

MIP once again won the top spot in the port operators category of the ‘Atlas Logistics Awards’ competition, which continues with the support of the logistics industry media and non-governmental organizations. Trade Group Manager Kerem Kavrar received the award on behalf of MIP. In the category of port operators, where criteria such as turnover, number of employees, amount of containers handled, amount of dry and liquid cargo are evaluated, Turkey’s leading port MIP, which draws attention with the increase in the amount of cargo it handles annually, became the ‘port operator of the year’.
