Fire erupted on board of cargo nuclear carrier SEVMORPUT in the evening Dec 24 in Murmansk port, northwest Russia, Barents sea. Fire reportedly, started in living quarters, was extinguished by city firefighting teams. No information on damages, no other details given. The ship is berthed at Murmansk port, ATOMFLOT pier, since Dec 16.
