SEFT succeeded in converting the NG DRILLER supply vessel into a drilling vessel for Next Geosolutions.
SEFT Engineering, which operates in many Marine Engineering fields including ship design and construction, power and control systems, structure and equipment, announced that they have completed their new transformation project. It converted the NG DRILLER drillship and drill rig for Next Geosolutions, an Italian international geoscience and engineering service provider working in the fields of energy, infrastructure and services.
It successfully converted the offshore supply ship NG DRILLER, built in 2008, into a drilling ship. The transformation process of the ship, which is 73.4 meters long and 16.6 meters wide, was carried out at KuzeyStar Shipyard.
NG DRILLER was delivered to its owner and set out for the Port of Palermo to begin its mission.
