Bulk carrier BLUE CECIL interrupted voyage in the evening Dec 8 in South China sea off Bolinao, northwest Luzon, while en route from USA to Singapore, and steamed to Manila. Master reported 3 critically ill crew members and requested medical assistance. Later while still under way, he reported that they died. The ship anchored at Manila Bay in the evening Dec 9, bodies are to be transferred, or already transferred, to port. Cause of tragedy unknown, no details are given yet.
