Good Logistics, founded in England in 1833, and Denholm Logistics, founded in Scotland in 1866, began operating under the umbrella of Denholm Good Logistics as of January 1, 2024. The company’s General Manager in Turkey, Levent Aydinç, said that with the power of the merger, the turnover increase in 2024 will be 25 percent.

Two UK-based global logistics giants, Good Logistics and Denholm Group, have joined forces. The company, which also serves in Turkey under the name Good Logistics, started operating under the name Denholm Good Logistics as of January 1, 2024. Levent Aydinç, General Manager of the company in Turkey, said, “It is obvious that 2024 will be a difficult year. But this unity of power will enable us to overcome difficulties more easily and become stronger and more energetic in every geography.” he said.

Emphasizing that the two global logistics giants have a strong infrastructure around the world, especially in the United Kingdom, the USA, the Far East and the Middle East, Aydinç said, “The synergy created after the union of forces will provide a significant increase in efficiency in our services. This will be reflected as a competitive advantage to our customers.” said.

Aydinç explained that thanks to their NVOCC license, they can act as shipowners without ships in maritime transportation and issue their own bills of lading. Stating that they offer air cargo services with IATA certification, Aydinç also pointed out that they are one of the few companies with on-site customs clearance authority in the United Kingdom.

“2024 will be a year of growth with the power of unity”

Aydinç said, “We kept our growth expectations at 15 percent. With the contribution of Denholm Good Logistics’ extensive global network, we updated our growth target in terms of turnover to 25 percent in 2024. “With the merger, we will become even stronger and continue to provide fast, safe and high-quality logistics services to our customers from different sectors, especially spare parts, packaging products, iron and steel and hazardous materials, which we currently serve.” made his assessment.
