In Fatsa district of Ordu, an area with a surface area of ​​4 thousand 885 square meters will be allocated to be used in boat manufacturing plant investment.

The announcement of the General Directorate of Shipyards and Coastal Structures of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure on the subject was published in the Official Gazette.

Accordingly, the area in question in Mustafa Kemal District, in front of the parcels owned by the Treasury, will be reserved to be used for boat manufacturing investment purposes.

The investor will only be able to establish facilities on the allocated area that are specified in the announcement and comply with the purpose of allocation.

An easement right or usage permit will be granted for up to 49 years in favor of the investor whose tender has been awarded and whose tender has been approved, in order to build facilities on Treasury real estate.

Real and legal persons who want to invest in shipyards must submit the necessary information and documents for the application within 30 days in a sealed envelope.

Applications will be evaluated by the established commission. Investment files deemed appropriate will be sent to the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change for auctioning within the framework of the relevant legislation.
