While 57 irregular immigrants pushed back by Greece were rescued in Seferihisar, Foça and Urla districts, 39 irregular immigrants who wanted to go abroad illegally were detected from Çeşme district.

Coast Guard Command teams were rescued by teams of 59 irregular migrants determined to have been pushed back into Turkish territorial waters by Greek elements in Seferihisar, Foça and Urla districts.

A group of irregular immigrants were detected in a rubber boat by the Coast Guard Mobile Radar (MORAD-11) in Çeşme district.

The moving rubber boat was stopped by the commissioned Coast Guard boats TCSG-912 and KB-4309, and 39 irregular migrants who attempted to go abroad illegally were caught.

Irregular migrants landed were handed over to the Provincial Directorate of Migration Management after their health checks and procedures.
