This time at KOSDER Academy; On Tuesday, December 12, “Management Errors and Transformation Challenges in Maritime Companies” was discussed with the presentation of Ahmet Yaşar Canca, Chairman of the Board of Directors of TMMOB Chamber of Marine Machinery Operation Engineers (GEMİMO).
Presidents and representatives of maritime non-governmental organizations, Association members and students attended the panel held at the Ekol Maritime Education Center Conference Hall.
The panel started with the opening speech of Hakan Çendik, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Coaster Ship Owners and Operators Association (KOSDER). In his speech, President Hakan Çendik stated that KOSDER continues its work without interruption in line with the demands and expectations of the sector, and noted that they will offer face-to-face and online organizations under the roof of KOSDER Academy for the benefit of Turkish sailors in the coming period.

After the opening speech, Yaşa Canca made her first presentation titled “Business Blindness”.
In his presentation; Noting that maritime companies face serious risks due to operational blindness, Canca informed the participants about the reasons and solutions to this situation.
