The storm in the Dardanelles negatively affects maritime transportation.
Due to the storm that has been effective in the region intermittently since the night, the Dardanelles was closed to ship traffic from north and south.
The Dardanelles Strait Vessel Traffic Services Directorate notified the captains of other ships via radio announcement that the strait was closed to passage from both directions.
Due to the storm, Kabatepe-Gökçeada and Geyikli-Bozcaada flights cannot be operated.
There is no disruption to flights on other lines.
