Columbia Group signed an agreement with two Turkish universities to support maritime students.
With the agreement signed between Columbia Group, ITU Maritime Faculty and Piri Reis University, it aims to contribute to the trained manpower of Turkish maritime.
Columbia Group, which has a fleet of more than 400 ships worldwide, launched CSM Turkey in May 2023. Kapat. CSM Turkey, founded under the chairmanship of Özgür Doğan Güneş and under the supervision of Xanthos Kyriacou and Johann Meyer, aims to bring maritime services to our country.

Columbia Group Regional Manager Xanthos Kyriacou stated that the agreement with the two universities is an expression of their commitment to education and that they are proud to support maritime students.
Columbia Group CEO Mark O’Neil stated that they want to provide support to students pursuing higher education in the maritime field and that they will pave the way for students to access new resources by providing them with special access to Columbia Group’s state-of-the-art e-Learning system.
