The Turkish flag was included in the White List at the Tokyo MoU, the world’s second prestigious ship performance memorandum.
The Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, General Directorate of Maritime Affairs, made a statement on the subject from its social media account.
The statement included the following:
“Turkish flag White List in Tokyo MoU, the world’s second prestigious ship performance memorandum!
Freight revenues will be higher with the preference of our ships in this region.
Thanks to all our sailors.”
