Lifeboat crashed down into water during drill on board of Chinese bulk carrier KANG HUAN in the afternoon Mar 28, at Chittagong outer anchorage. Understood there were 16 crew in lifeboat, 15 made it back on board, but 1 of them, 41-year old Chief Engineer, went missing. Authorities were informed, SAR launched, but brought no results, and as of evening Mar 29, he was still missing. KANG HUAN arrived at Chittagong from UAE.
